The Senior Academy for Education envisions a vital community of lifelong learners who participate in a variety of mentally stimulating, relevant programs that appeal to a highly diverse population.
Mission
The Senior Academy for Education will develop, promote and support stimulating and provocative programs that contribute to the interests and the intellectual life of the residents of the Villages and surrounding community. Of special interest are programs that:
- Capitalize on the knowledge, skills, abilities and lifetime experiences of seniors
- Provide for continued learning opportunities in areas of interest and the total well being of seniors and
- Offer opportunities for active participation and enjoyment
